Carbon footprint of the company
A company’s carbon footprint is a represented measure of its impact on the global climate.
It takes into account emissions of all greenhouse gases and is stated in carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e). Based on the international standard for carbon footprint accounting, we are able to estimate the emissions of a company, product or event. The resulting report will allow you to identify and/or demonstrate the company’s carbon footprint produced.
Construction carbon footprint
The assessment of CO2e emissions over the whole life cycle (whole life carbon) reflects the real view of a building’s climate impact.
It includes the emissions associated with the materials used, construction and use of a building over its lifetime (including demolition and waste disposal).
Life cycle analysis (LCA)
We provide environmental impact assessments at all stages of a building’s life cycle. We analyse emissions arising from the extraction of raw materials through the manufacture of materials and products, construction, use and demolition of the building.
Building life cycle costing (LCC) analysis
We support investors and contractors in the assessment of life cycle costing (LCC). The analysis provided will help to identify the most environmentally and economically viable project.
Environmental product declaration (EPD)
We undertake a life cycle analysis of construction products for the purposes of obtaining an Environmental Product Declaration upon compulsory declaration of performance and for the purposes of certifying sustainable building systems.
Sustainable building certification
We provide assistance to investment process participants in reporting on climate impact issues and wildlife environment for the purposes of green building certification.
Carbon reduction plan
Managing the carbon footprint requires a practical approach and the definition of science-based reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement.
Following the carbon footprint analysis, we will identify decarbonisation pathways and help define climate targets, identify levers and recommend appropriate monitoring.
